Pain in the neck

After suffering a little over a year with mild headaches and lethargy I have eventually got around to dealing with it. The past couple of weeks pains in my neck have been noticeably effecting my headaches. So I decided to visit an Osteopath. There was a lot of tension in my upper and lower neck, undoubtably caused by bad posture in front of a computer screen. So now I have some exercises and I am sitting straight. I hope this is all that is wrong.
